护理安全管理在消毒供应中心服务工作中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨护理安全管理对于医院消毒供应中心服务质量的提升。方法 对于我院消毒供应中心护理管理存在薄弱环节方面运用护理安全管理制度进行系统管理。结果 与传统管理方式对比，护理安全管理制度的应用能够提升消毒供应中心的服务质量，提高医院内整体医疗护理质量，同时提高了消毒供应中心工作人员的主动服务意识、风险意识，以及应用能力，有效降低差错等不良事件发生。结论 在消毒供应中心日常管理工作中应用护理安全管理效果明显，能够有效提高消毒供应中心各区域各个岗位工作人员的整体素质及工作质量，以全新的理念服务临床。

Abstract

Objective To explore the improvement of nursing safety management to the service quality of hospital disinfection supply center. Method For the disinfection supply center of our hospital there are weak links in the nursing management of nursing safety management system management. Result Compared with the traditional management mode, the application of nursing safety management system can improve the service quality of the disinfection supply center, improve the overall quality of medical care in the hospital, and improve the active service awareness, risk awareness, and application ability of the disinfection supply center staff, effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as errors.
Conclusion   The application of nursing safety management in the daily management of the disinfection supply center has obvious effect, which can effectively improve the overall quality and work quality of the staff in each region of the disinfection supply center, and serve the clinic with a new concept.
