Observation on the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in the nursing of limb fracture
四肢骨折护理中运用快速康复护理模式的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨在四肢骨折病患护理中以快速康复护理模式进行干预的意义。方法 试验者是2020.04至2022.04在医院治疗的四肢骨折病患数量共计100例，采取随机信封法均分作2组，对照组在围术期中采用常规基础性护理，观察组则在术前、术中及术后将快速康复护理模式应用于病患围术期护理中，比对组间施护总疗效、恢复指标及生活质量指标差异性。结果 观察组病患施护后总有效率比对照组病患高，观察组病患关节功能、躯体功能及生活质量各项指标评分比对照组病患高，P＜0.05。结论 以快速康复护理进行干预，可低病患肿胀感及疼痛感，提升施护疗效及促进其躯体功能得到快速恢复，同时还能起到增强病患日常生活独立性及改善预后质量的作用，适宜基层医院借鉴应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the significance of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing of patients with limb fracture.
Methods the subjects were 100 patients with limb fracture treated in the hospital from April 2020 to April 2022. They were divided into two groups by random envelope method. The control group received routine basic nursing during the perioperative period, while the observation group applied the rapid rehabilitation nursing mode to the perioperative nursing of patients before, during and after the operation. The differences in the total efficacy of nursing, recovery indicators and quality of life indicators between the groups were compared.
Results the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The scores of joint function, body function and quality of life of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the intervention of rapid rehabilitation nursing can reduce the patients' swelling and pain, improve the nursing effect and promote the rapid recovery of their physical function. At the same time, it can also enhance the patients' independence of daily life and improve the quality of prognosis. It is suitable for reference in grass-roots hospitals.
