临床路径管理模式在泌尿外科护理带教中应用效果

摘要
目的 对泌尿外科护理实习带教中临床路径管理模式的应用效果进行探讨。方法 选择2019年5月至2022年6月我院泌尿外科50名临床实习护生为研究对象,以随机方法将所有实习护生均分为对照组(n=25)及观察组(n=25);利用传统带教方法对对照组实施管理。针对实验组护生采取临床路径教管模式。对两组在出科前的教管效果进行评价,同时对不同带教方法下护生的理论成绩、实操能力、带教方法满意度等进行对比。结果 与对照组相比较,实验组护生在出科理论、操作技能以及带教满意等等各个方面明显更高,差异显著,P<0.05。结论 将临床路径带教管理模式引入到泌尿外科护生管理中,可以有效实现教学流程规范化,全面提升护生实习质量,具有极大临床推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of clinical pathway management mode in urology nursing practice teaching. Methods Fifty clinical practice nursing students from the Urology Department of our hospital from May 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects, and all the nursing students were randomly divided into the control group (n=25) and the observation group (n=25). ); use traditional teaching methods to manage the control group. For the nursing students in the experimental group, the clinical path teaching mode was adopted. The effect of the two groups of teaching and management before leaving the department was evaluated, and the theoretical performance, practical ability, and teaching method satisfaction of nursing students under different teaching methods were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher in the theory of leaving the department, operational skills and satisfaction with teaching, and the difference was significant, P<0.05. Conclusion The introduction of the clinical pathway teaching management model into the management of urology nursing students can effectively standardize the teaching process, comprehensively improve the quality of nursing students' practice, and has great clinical promotion value.
