Application value of comfort nursing in hemodialysis nursing
舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 研分析接受血液透析治疗的患者临床采取舒适护理对其产生的影响。方法 本次研究入选患者时间范围2020年12月-2021年12月，选取例数114例，均为接受血液透析治疗患者，分为对照组、试验组进行护理研究，分别为57例。对照组接受常规护理，试验组接受舒适护理，对比两组患者护理质量评分、并发症发生率及焦虑、抑郁情绪评分。结果 护理前试验组、对照组不良情绪评分之间比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）。护理后试验组护理质量评分（生活质量、舒适度、护理满意度）明显高于对照组，并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，焦虑、抑郁情绪评分明显低于对照组，两组比较具有明显的统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 血液透析患者治疗期间接受舒适护理效果理想，护理后患者生活质量明显提升，临床舒适度及护理满意度较高，具有应用于推广价值。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the influence of comfort nursing on patients receiving hemodialysis.
Methods the time range of patients selected in this study was from December 2020 to December 2021. 114 patients were selected, all of whom were treated with hemodialysis. They were divided into control group and experimental group for nursing research, 57 cases respectively. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comfortable nursing. The nursing quality score, complication rate, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.
Results there was no significant difference in the scores of bad emotions between the experimental group and the control group before nursing (p>0.05). After nursing, the score of nursing quality (quality of life, comfort, nursing satisfaction) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than that in the control group. There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups (p<0.05).
Conclusion   the effect of comfortable nursing during the treatment of hemodialysis patients is ideal. After nursing, the quality of life of patients is significantly improved, and the clinical comfort and nursing satisfaction are high, which has the value of application and promotion.
