新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间急诊的运行现状和应对措施

摘要

目的 分析总结我院急诊科在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间的运行情况以及应对措施。方法了解统计我院急诊科2019年12月～2021年12月期间的工作环境变化以及就诊流程的变化，对患者的心理状态进行分析，根据SAS评分和SDS评分，了解医护人员在工作中的情绪状态，并将其与病房医护人员的状态进行比较。结果 我院急诊科的诊断治疗环境发生巨大变化，就诊流程更加繁琐，患者在治疗期间出现恐惧、焦虑等情绪的概率大大增加，医护人员也不同程度地存在心理问题，医院通过实施应对措施，使得急诊科的日常工作正常进行。结论 我院急诊科的工作受到新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的影响较大，医院在此期间需要采取积极有效的措施进行应对，关注医护人员以及患者的心理健康，保证日常工作顺利进行。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and summarize the operation and countermeasures of the emergency department of our hospital during COVID-19 prevention and control.
Methods Understand the changes of the working environment and the treatment process of the emergency department of our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021, analyze the psychological state of the patients, according to the SAS score and SDS score, understand the emotional state of the medical staff at work, and compare it with the status of the medical staff in the ward.
Results The diagnosis and treatment environment in the emergency department of our hospital has changed greatly, the treatment process is more complicated, the probability of patients' fear, anxiety and other emotions during the treatment has greatly increased, and the medical staff also have psychological problems to varying degrees. The hospital implements countermeasures to make the daily work of the emergency department proceed normally.
Conclusion   The work of the emergency department of our hospital is greatly affected by the COVID-19 epidemic. During this period, the hospital needs to take active and effective measures to respond, pay attention to the mental health of medical staff and patients, and ensure the smooth progress of daily work.
