"互联网+"背景下移动支付平台在医院应用的价值探析

摘要

目的 探究在"互联网+"背景下，将移动支付平台应用于医院的效果。方法 均采用随机抽样方法，2019年1月至2019年12末月为应用前，选取在我院未应用移动支付平台支付的患者300例为对照组，2020年5月至2021年4月末为应用后，选取在我院应用统一移动支付平台支付的患者300例为观察组。将对照组与实施移动支付平台后的观察组效果进行对照。结果 在每组300例患者中，与对照组传统银联退款延迟时间相比，观察组中微信、支付宝银联退款延迟时间可减少8h，其中其中银联MIS-POS共减少96h，支付宝共减少120h，微信共减少112h；与对照组相比，观察组的退款成功率较高，以及漏收差错率、未收差错率、多收差错率均较少，2组统计无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；应用统一移动支付平台前的就诊率为82.00%，应用后为96.00%，应用后就诊率较高（P＜0.05），应用统一移动支付平台前的患者爽约率为18.00%，应用后为4.00%，应用率的患者爽约率大大降低（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组患者在挂号、取药、候诊、付费、就诊等流程所花费的时间均较短（P＜0.05）；在对照组（81.67%）与观察组（92.00%）的就诊满意度对照中，后者满意程度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在"互联网+"背景下，将移动支付平台应用于医院支付方式中，有利于进一步提高医院的财务管理效率，提高患者就诊率，并缩短患者的结算等待时间，同时也大大提高了患者对医院就诊的满意程度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying mobile payment platform to hospitals under the background of "Internet +".
Methods Random sampling method was adopted. From January 2018 to December 2018 as the pre-application, 300 patients who did not use the mobile payment platform to pay in our hospital were selected as the control group, and from May 2019 to May 2020 as the application Then, 300 patients who were paid by the unified mobile payment platform in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Compared with the control group, the refund success rate of the observation group was higher, and the error rate of missed, unreceived, and over-received errors were all lower, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups.
