摘要
目的 分析医教结合模式下儿童眼保健健康教育课程的应用效果。方法 将某妇幼保健院进行体检的400例幼儿作为研究对象,通过奇偶法将幼儿分成两组,包括对照组(n=200)、实验组(n=200)。予以对照组常规模式干预,予以实验组医教结合模式干预,分析各组保健前后的视力低常率、用眼行为、保健知识认知情况,研究日期是2020年4月-2022年4月。结果 (1)视力低常率对比结果显示,实验组视力低常率仅为5.50%,明显低于对照组的11.50%,P<0.05;(2)用眼行为对比结果显示,实验组各项用眼行为率均高于对照组,P<0.05;(3)保健知识认知情况显示,实验组各项保健知识认知率均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 医教结合模式下儿童眼保健健康教育课程具有较高的可行性,可有效改善幼儿眼部保健知识认知与用药行为,有效预防、降低了视力不良的情况,应用价值理想。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of children's eye health education course under the mode of combining medicine and education. Methods A total of 400 children who underwent physical examination in a maternal and child health hospital were selected as the research objects, and the children were divided into two groups by the odd-even method, including the control group (n=200) and the experimental group (n=200). The control group was intervened in the conventional mode, and the experimental group was intervened in the combination of medicine and education. The low normal vision rate, eye-use behavior, and health knowledge cognition were analyzed in each group before and after health care. The study period was from April 2020 to April 2022. Results (1) The comparison results of the low normal visual acuity rate showed that the low normal visual acuity rate of the experimental group was only 5.50%, which was significantly lower than 11.50% of the control group, P<0.05; The rate of eye-use behavior was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05; (3) The cognition of health knowledge showed that the cognition rate of various health knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The children's eye health education course under the combination of medicine and education has high feasibility, can effectively improve children's eye health knowledge cognition and drug use behavior, effectively prevent and reduce poor vision, and has ideal application value.
