细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用探析

摘要

现在对于人们消化系统产生的疾病越来越多，也越来越严重。本文选择探讨细节的临床观察和应用的效果，以便为以后的护理提供借鉴的方案。本次选择的对象是2017年7月到2018年7月，在一个社区内来看病的78个患者，患有消化疾病问题的患者，把这些患者当做本次文章的研究分析对象。对于这样的样本患者，我们采用了随机的分组方法，对这些组别的成员进行观察，并进行了对照，共分为39组，对于对照小组都进行的一般常规性的护理，对于观察组对的病人在对照小组的基础之上，进行了更为细致的照顾护理。对这样两个分组的人员进行观察，观察两个小组在接受护理期间的护理效果，以及在此过程中这些患者对于护理情况的满意程度。在这样的护理情况之下，我们得出了临床的观察的结果。在治疗结束以后，观察组的患者他们对于护理情况的满意度，相比对照组的患者的满意度高很多。由于统计学存在在差异（P \u003c0.05）。得出的结论是细致的护理情况对于消化内科的患者而言，病情的痊愈效果好很多，也表明这是值得推广的护理方式。

Abstract

Nowadays, the diseases caused by people's digestive system are increasing and becoming more and more serious. This article chooses to explore the clinical observations of the details and the effects of the application in order to provide a reference for future care. This selection was conducted from July 2017 to July 2018. 78 patients who were diagnosed in a community, patients with digestive diseases, used these patients as the research object of this article. For such sample patients, we used a random grouping method to observe and compare the members of these groups, which were divided into 39 groups. The general routine nursing for the control group was for the observation group. On the basis of the control group, the patients underwent more detailed care. The two grouped individuals were observed to see how the two groups were caring during the care period and how satisfied they were with the care during the process. Under such care, we have come to the results of clinical observations. After the end of treatment, the patients in the observation group were much more satisfied with the care situation than the patients in the control group. Because of the difference in statistics (P \u003c0.05). The conclusion is that the meticulous care situation is much better for patients with digestive medicine, and it is also a good way to promote it.
