摘要
目的:探讨品质圈活动对提高烧伤病人护理服务满意度的应用效果分析。方法:选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的烧伤患者300例,按随机数字表的方法分为观察组(n=150)和对照组(n=150),分别对两组患者对护理服务的满意度、住院时间以及患者的不良反应情况进行评估和比较。结果:观察组患者对护理服务的满意度为100.00%,而对照组的满意度仅为90.00%,其明显更低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组的 (P<0.05)。结论:品质圈活动有助于提高护患之间的关系,并降低患者发生不良反应,加快患者的康复,其值得临床上推广应用。

Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application effect of quality circle activity in improving the satisfaction degree of nursing service in burned patients. Methods: A total of 300 patients with burn injuries was selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (n = 150) and the control group (n = 150). After intervention, the two groups of patients’ satisfaction to nursing service, hospitalization time, and the patient's adverse reactions are evaluated and compared. Results: The observation group patients’ satisfaction with nursing service was 100.00%, while the control group’ satisfaction only was 90.00%, which was statistically lower than those in the observation group (P < 0.05). The observation group patients’ hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). In the observation group, the adverse reaction occurred rate was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion : The activity of quality circle improves the relationship between nurses and patients, and reduces the incidence of adverse reaction, accelerates the rehabilitation of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
