Evaluation of the role of the descending ladder thinking mode nursing pathway in liver function, postoperative recovery, and quality of life of patients with liver cancer during the perioperative period
降阶梯思维模式护理路径对肝癌围手术期患者肝功能、术后恢复情况与生活质量的作用评估

摘要

目的 探讨降阶梯思维模式护理路径在肝癌围手术期患者中的应用效果，分析其对患者肝功能、术后恢复及生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2024年3月-2025年3月收治的38例行手术治疗的肝癌患者，采用随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组，各19例。常规组实施肝癌围手术期常规护理，研究组基于降阶梯思维模式制定护理路径并落实护理干预。对比两组肝功能指标、术后恢复指标、并发症发生率及生活质量评分，评估干预价值。结果 干预后研究组均优于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 降阶梯思维模式护理路径应用于肝癌围手术期患者，可改善患者肝功能，加快术后康复进程，降低并发症风险，提升生活质量，临床应用效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the descending ladder thinking mode nursing pathway in perioperative patients with liver cancer, and analyze its impact on patients’ liver function, postoperative recovery, and quality of life.
Methods 38 patients with liver cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 19 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The routine group received routine perioperative care for liver cancer, while the research group developed nursing pathways and implemented nursing interventions based on a descending ladder thinking model. Compare two groups of liver function indicators, postoperative recovery indicators, incidence of complications, and quality of life scores to evaluate the intervention value.
Results After intervention, the study group was superior to the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the descending ladder thinking mode nursing pathway in perioperative patients with liver cancer can improve liver function, accelerate postoperative recovery, reduce the risk of complications, and improve quality of life. The clinical application effect is definite.
