摘要
随着医疗数字化浪潮与国家《全国医院信息化建设标准与规范》等政策驱动，医院感染（HAI）管理正经历从“人工经验”向“数据驱动”、从“被动应对”向“主动预防”的深刻转型。本文首先系统梳理了国内外医院感染信息化与智能化发展现状，指出我国在顶层设计推进下已广泛建立感染监测系统，但在数据深度整合、智能预测模型临床应用等方面与部分发达国家仍存在差距。基于此，本文创新性地提出以构建“统一感控数据中台”为技术基石、以打造“监测-预警-干预-评估”全流程业务闭环为核心、以发展基于多源数据的个性化精准防控为方向、以培育“业务+技术”复合型人才队伍为保障的未来发展路径。

Abstract
Driven by the wave of healthcare digitalization and national policies such as the “National Standards and Specifications for Hospital Information System Development, ” hospital-acquired infection (HAI) management is undergoing a profound transformation—from reliance on manual experience to data-driven approaches, and from reactive responses to proactive prevention. This paper first provides a systematic review of the current status of HAI informatization and intelligentization both domestically and internationally, noting that China has widely established infection surveillance systems under top-level policy guidance; however, gaps remain compared to some developed countries in areas such as deep data integration and clinical application of intelligent prediction models. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes an innovative future development pathway: establishing a unified infection control data platform as the technical foundation, creating a comprehensive closed-loop system covering monitoring, early warning, intervention, and evaluation, advancing personalized precision prevention strategies leveraging multi-source data, and cultivating interdisciplinary talent teams integrating clinical expertise with technological skills.
