Analysis of the application value of immunization planning management in the prevention and control of children’s infectious diseases in Xundian county
寻甸县免疫规划管理在儿童传染病预防控制中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 在儿童传染病预防控制中，探究免疫规划管理的应用价值。方法 2025年1月-2025年12月，昆明市寻甸县疾病预防控制中心免疫规划科登记儿童400例，随机数字表法分为对照组（常规管理）、观察组（免疫规划管理），各200例。比较两组免疫接种率、儿童传染病患病率、疫苗抗体水平。结果 观察组全程接种完成率高于对照组；观察组麻疹、风疹、流行性腮腺炎抗体几何平均浓度及抗体阳性率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 免疫规划管理可提高儿童全程接种完成率，降低传染病患病率，并维持较高疫苗抗体水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of immunization planning management in the prevention and control of children’s infectious diseases.
Methods From January 2025 to December 2025, the immunization planning department of Xundian County Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Kunming City registered 400 children. Using the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (conventional management) and the observation group (immunization planning management), with 200 cases in each group. The immunization rate, prevalence of infectious diseases, and vaccine antibody levels of the two groups were compared.
Results The completion rate of full vaccination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; the geometric mean concentration and positive rate of measles, rubella, and mumps antibodies in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Immunization planning management can increase the completion rate of full vaccination for children, reduce the prevalence of infectious diseases, and maintain a higher level of vaccine antibodies.
