Analysis of the intervention effect of multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing on islet function protection, self-management and emotional state of type 2 diabetes patients
多维度综合护理对2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能保护及自我管理与情绪状态的干预效果分析

摘要

目的 将2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的临床护理作为研究切入点，探讨多维度综合护理对患者胰岛功能保护、自我管理与情绪状态的干预效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月接收的92例T2DM患者为研究对象，分组方式采用随机数字表法，对照组46例患者采取常规护理，而研究组46例患者采取多维度综合护理，对比胰岛功能指标、糖尿病自我管理评分（SDSCA）、焦虑及抑郁自评评分（SAS、SDS）。结果 干预12周后，研究组空腹胰岛素（FINS）、空腹C肽（FCP）、稳态模型胰岛β细胞功能指数（HOMA-β）、SDSCA评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）指标、SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 多维度综合护理可改善T2DM患者胰岛功能，提高自我管理能力，并辅助患者树立积极治疗观念，缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To take the clinical nursing of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients as the research entry point, and explore the intervention effect of multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing on the islet function protection, self-management and emotional state of patients.
Methods 92 T2DM patients from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The grouping method was random number table method. The control group included 46 patients who received routine care, while the study group included 46 patients who received multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing. The islet function indicators, diabetes self-management score (SDSCA), anxiety and depression self-assessment scores (SAS, SDS) were compared.
Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the Fasting Insulin (FINS), Fasting C-peptide (FCP), Homeostatic Model Assessment of β-cell function (HOMA-β), SDSCA scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the Homeostatic Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR) indicators, SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing can improve the islet function of T2DM patients, enhance self-management ability, and assist patients in establishing a positive treatment concept, relieve anxiety and depression emotions, and is worthy of promotion and application.
