Clinical observation of autologous conjunctival limbal stem cell transplantation for pterygium treatment
自体结膜角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

摘要

目的 分析对于翼状胬肉患者治疗中，应用自体结膜角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗的实际效果。方法 本次研究时间为2024年5月-2025年5月，将翼状胬肉患者共计60例纳入研究当中，分组为对照组与观察组，对照组具体的手术方法名称为传统翼状胬肉切除术，观察组具体的手术名称为自体结膜角膜缘干细胞移植术，在完成手术后，需比较眼部美学评分，临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果 相比对照组，观察组患者眼部美学评分较高，临床疗效较高，在并发症发生率进行比较中观察组显著较低，P＜0.05。结论 临床上此类患者治疗中，自体结膜角膜缘干细胞移植术应用优势显著，患者的临床疗效得到提升，且改善眼部美观程度，并且能够显著降低患者并发症发生率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of autologous conjunctival limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium patients.
Methods This study was conducted from May 2024 to May 2025, involving a total of 60 pterygium patients divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group underwent traditional pterygium excision surgery, while the observation group received autologous conjunctival limbal stem cell transplantation. Postoperative ocular aesthetic scores, clinical efficacy, and complication rates were compared between the groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated higher ocular aesthetic scores and superior clinical efficacy, with a significantly lower complication rate (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Autologous conjunctival limbal stem cell transplantation exhibits significant advantages in the treatment of pterygium patients, improving clinical outcomes, enhancing ocular aesthetics, and markedly reducing complication rates, making it worthy of widespread adoption.
