血液生化免疫指标检验诊断肺癌的应用及结果研究

摘要

目的 血液生化免疫指标联合检测在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2024年10月-2025年9月期间接收的51例肺癌患者作为观察组,同期筛选51例健康体检者为参照组,两组研究对象均开展化学发光免疫分析法监测,通过ROC曲线分析单一指标、联合指标的诊断效能。结果 观察组CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、SCC、ProGRP指标水平显著高于参照组(P<0.05);CEA水平以腺癌患者最高;CYFRA21-1水平以鳞癌患者最高;SCC水平以鳞癌患者最高;NSE水平以小细胞肺癌患者最高;ProGRP水平以小细胞肺癌患者最高(P<0.05);联合检测AUC(0.927)、灵敏度(89.25%)、特异度(86.74%)均高于单一指标(P<0.05)。结论 血液生化免疫指标联合检验可显著提升肺癌诊断准确性,可作为病理早期诊断的重要参考指标。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of blood biochemical and immunological indexes in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
Methods 51 patients with lung cancer who were admitted from October 2024 to September 2025 were selected as the observation group, and 51 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups underwent chemiluminescence immunoassay monitoring, and the diagnostic efficacy of single indicators and combined indicators was analyzed through ROC curve.
Results The levels of CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE, SCC, and ProGRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the CEA level was the highest in patients with adenocarcinoma; the CYFRA21-1 level was the highest in patients with squamous cell carcinoma; the SCC level was the highest in patients with squamous cell carcinoma; the NSE level was the highest in patients with small cell lung cancer; the ProGRP level was the highest in patients with small cell lung cancer (P<0.05); the AUC (0.927), sensitivity (89.25%), and specificity (86.74%) of combined detection were all higher than those of single indicators (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Combined detection of blood biochemical and immunological indexes can significantly improve the accuracy of lung cancer diagnosis and can be used as an important reference indicator for early pathological diagnosis.
