预防性维护与常规维护模式在医疗设备管理中的效果对比分析

摘要

目的 研究预防性维护与常规维护模式在医疗设备管理中的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月某三甲医院在用的医疗设备共200台作为研对象，“根据维护模式不同”分参照组(常规维护模式)、研究组(预防性维护模式)各100台，两组管理效果比较分析。结果 较参照组，研究组设备故障发生率更低；平均修复、平均停机时长更短；单台设备年均维护成本更低；设备完好率、临床使用满意度更高，P<0.05。结论 预防性维护能降低医疗设备故障率和维护成本，缩短停机时间，提高设备运行效率与临床服务质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the effects of preventive maintenance and conventional maintenance models in medical equipment management.
Methods A total of 200 medical equipment in use at a tertiary hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The “Depending on the maintenance mode” was used to divide them into the reference group (conventional maintenance model) and the research group (preventive maintenance model), with 100 units in each group. The management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the reference group, the equipment failure rate of the research group was lower; the average repair time and average downtime were shorter; the annual average maintenance cost per single equipment was lower; the equipment integrity rate and clinical satisfaction were higher, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Preventive maintenance can reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of medical equipment, shorten downtime, and improve equipment operation efficiency and clinical service quality.
