急性乳腺炎瘀滞期的中医情志护理研究综述

摘要

急性乳腺炎是哺乳期女性高发的乳腺感染性疾病，瘀滞期作为疾病初发阶段，是临床干预的黄金时期。该阶段核心病机为乳汁排泄不畅、乳络壅滞不通，而情志失常不仅会加重症状，还会延缓康复进程。中医理论提出，乳头归属于肝经，乳房对应胃经，肝主疏泄，掌管气机与情绪调畅。如果情志失和，容易引发肝气郁结、气血运行失常，进一步加重乳汁瘀积，由此形成情志失调-气机郁滞-乳汁瘀阻的恶性循环。本文分析了急性乳腺炎瘀滞期患者情志异常的具体表现、诱发因素及对预后的不良影响，系统总结各类中医情志护理手段，完善本病中医护理方案，调节患者身心状态，促进病情恢复，减少慢性迁延风险。

Abstract

Acute mastitis is a common infectious disease among lactating women. The stagnation stage is the initial stage of the disease and is the golden period for clinical intervention. The core pathogenesis of this stage is poor lactation drainage and blocked lactiferous ducts. Emotional disorders not only aggravate the symptoms but also delay the recovery process. Traditional Chinese medicine theory suggests that the nipple belongs to the liver meridian, the breast corresponds to the stomach meridian, and the liver governs the smooth flow of qi and regulates emotions. If emotions are out of balance, it is prone to cause liver qi stagnation and abnormal circulation of qi and blood, further aggravating the accumulation of milk, thus forming a vicious cycle of emotional imbalance - qi stagnation - milk stasis. This article analyzes the specific manifestations, inducing factors, and adverse effects on prognosis of emotional disorders in patients with the stagnation stage of acute mastitis, systematically summarizes various traditional Chinese medicine emotional care methods, improves the traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan for this disease, regulates the patient’s physical and mental state, promotes the recovery of the disease, and reduces the risk of chronic persistence.
