摘要

本文通过对青少年心理健康问题普遍性和复杂性的剖析，揭示当前心理支持体系存在的缺陷和面临的挑战，阐明青少年心理支持需求变化趋势。对医校合作模式下心理支持的创新和实践路径进行了深入探讨，主要从机制建设、心理干预的形式和成功案例等方面进行分析。本文通过开展多层次、多种形式的心理干预及辅导，完善医校合作机制以及改进评估及反馈机制，整合资源来提升心理健康服务成效，并根据实际案例说明该模式对增进青少年身心健康之正面成效。目的在于给青少年提供更全面、更系统的心理支撑，为有关教育和医疗政策的制定提供理论依据和实践可行性策略。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the universality and complexity of mental health problems among teenagers, reveals the deficiencies and challenges of the current psychological support system, and clarifies the changing trends of teenagers' psychological support needs. It conducts in-depth discussions on the innovation and practical paths of psychological support under the medical-education cooperation model, mainly analyzing from aspects such as mechanism construction, forms of psychological intervention, and successful cases. Through conducting multi-level and various forms of psychological intervention and counseling, this paper improves the medical-education cooperation mechanism and the assessment and feedback mechanism, integrates resources to enhance the effectiveness of mental health services, and explains the positive effects of this model on improving the physical and mental health of teenagers based on actual cases. The aim is to provide more comprehensive and systematic psychological support for teenagers and offer theoretical basis and practical feasibility strategies for the formulation of relevant educational and medical policies.
