摘要
目的 分析在膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者的康复管理中应用可穿戴振动反馈训练系统康复治疗对患者肌肉萎缩康复效果的临床影响。方法 将2026年1月-2026年3于我院接受前交叉韧带重建术的172例前交叉韧带损伤患者纳入研究范围,基于随机双盲原则分为对照组(n=86)和研究组(n=86),对照组实施常规康复,研究组在对照组基础上采用可穿戴振动反馈训练系统康复治疗,比较两组患者康复效果(Lysholm,膝关节评分量表、FMA,下肢功能运动评分)、肌力恢复情况(PT,角速度为60o时的膝关节肌群的峰力矩)和干预前后生活质量(KOOS,膝关节损伤与骨关节炎结局评分)变化。结果 两组患者术前Lysholm、FMA评分及PT值差异不明显(P>0.05),采用不同方案康复干预后,Lysholm、FMA及PT值均提高且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组KOOS各维度评分较前均有显著改善,且优于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者的康复管理中应用可穿戴振动反馈训练系统康复治疗,能够有效缓解肌肉萎缩,加速膝关节功能恢复,改善生活患者生活质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical impact of applying wearable vibration feedback training system rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation management of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on the rehabilitation effect of muscle atrophy. Methods A total of 172 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in our hospital from January 2026 to March 2026 were included in the study. They were randomly and double-blindly divided into the control group (n=86) and the study group (n=86). The control group received conventional rehabilitation, and the study group received wearable vibration feedback training system rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation effects (Lysholm, knee joint scoring scale, FMA, lower limb function and movement score), muscle strength recovery (PT, peak torque of knee joint muscle group at 60o angle) and quality of life (KOOS, knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in Lysholm, FMA scores and PT values before surgery between the two groups (P>0.05). After different rehabilitation intervention schemes, Lysholm, FMA and PT values increased and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); The scores of each dimension of KOOS in the study group were significantly improved compared with before, and were better than the control group in the same period (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of wearable vibration feedback training system rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation management of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can effectively alleviate muscle atrophy, accelerate knee joint function recovery, and improve the quality of life of patients, and has high clinical promotion value.
