摘要

目的 探究三级综合医院医用耗材精细化管理措施的应用效果。方法 对样本对象进行收录的时间范围拟定为2023年10月至2025年10月，入组的样本对象拟定为30例医用耗材，根据入组时间不同进行分组，将2023年10月至2024年10月的15例医用耗材作为常规组，行常规管理，将2024年11月至2025年10月的15例医用耗材作为研究组，进行精细化管理，对比两组的差异性。结果 研究组管理合格率更高（p＜0.05）；研究组库存周转率更高（p＜0.05）；研究组的耗材成本控制率（p＜0.05）。结论 三级综合医院医用耗材精细化管理措施可以有效提升管理合格率，提高库存周转率，提升耗材成本控制率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of refined management measures for medical consumables in tertiary comprehensive hospitals.
Methods The time range for the inclusion of the sample objects was set from October 2023 to October 2025, and the enrolled sample objects were set as 30 medical consumables. They were grouped according to different enrollment times, and 15 medical consumables from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the routine group for routine management. 15 medical consumables from November 2024 to October 2025 were selected as the study group for refined management, and the differences between the two groups were compared.
Results The research group had a higher qualification rate for management (p<0.05); The inventory turnover rate of the research group is higher (p<0.05); The cost control rate of consumables in the research group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The refined management measures for medical consumables in tertiary comprehensive hospitals can effectively improve the management qualification rate, increase inventory turnover rate, and enhance the cost control rate of consumables.
