Intervention effect of ultra-early graded rehabilitation training on muscle strength decline and knee joint movement disorder after ACL surgery
超早期分级康复训练对ACL术后肌力下降及膝关节活动障碍的干预效果

摘要
目的 观察分析超早期分级康复训练对ACL术后肌力下降及膝关节活动障碍的干预效果。方法 选取120例医院收治关节镜下ACL重建术治疗的患者,均选自2026年1月-2026年4月期间,随机数字表法均分。对照组(60例):常规护理,观察组(60例):超早期分级康复训练。对比两组肌力指标、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能及并发症率。结果 较对照组,观察组干预后,股四头肌、腘绳肌峰值力矩更高,差异显著(P<0.05);较对照组,观察组膝关节活动度干预后变化更大,膝关节功能评分更高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的并发症率更低,各为5.00%(3/60)vs 18.33%(11/60),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 对ACL重建术患者实施超早期分级康复训练,可提升患者的股四头肌、腘绳肌肌力,扩大膝关节屈伸活动范围,改善膝关节功能,降低并发症发生率,干预效果良好,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the intervention effect of ultra-early graded rehabilitation training on muscle strength decline and knee joint movement disorder after ACL surgery. Methods 120 patients who underwent arthroscopic ACL reconstruction surgery in the hospital from January 2026 to April 2026 were selected and randomly divided by the random number table method. The control group (60 cases): routine care; the observation group (60 cases): ultra-early graded rehabilitation training. The muscle strength indicators, knee joint range of motion, knee joint function and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, after intervention, the peak torque of the quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscles in the observation group was higher, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the change in knee joint range of motion in the observation group after intervention was greater, and the knee joint function score was higher, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was lower, which was 5.00% (3/60) vs 18.33% (11/60), and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing ultra-early graded rehabilitation training for patients after ACL reconstruction can improve the muscle strength of the quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscles, expand the range of knee joint flexion and extension, improve knee joint function, and reduce the incidence of complications. The intervention effect is good and worthy of promotion.
