Analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of combined vaginal speculum and LEEP in cervical precancerous lesions
基于阴道镜联合LEEP在宫颈癌前病变中的临床治疗效果分析

摘要

目的 探究在宫颈癌前病变中应用阴道镜联合LEEP（宫颈环形电切术）的治疗效果。方法 选择84例宫颈癌前病变患者，确定试验时间为2023年1月到2025年1月，以随机数字表法将患者分为参照组和研究组。参照组选择宫颈冷刀锥切术（CKC）治疗，而研究组则选择阴道镜与LEEP联合治疗，比较两组手术指标、炎症因子和并发症等相关数据。结果 研究组手术时间、术中出血等指标均更优（均P＜0.05）；研究组炎症因子水平改善更显著（均P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）；研究组整体治疗效果更优、复发率更低（均P＜0.05）。结论 在宫颈癌前病变的治疗中，阴道镜联合LEEP展现出良好的治疗效果，在减少手术时间、降低手术出血量具有积极作用，同时也能改善炎症因子的水平、降低并发症和复发的可能性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of colposcopy combined with LEEP (cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure) in cervical precancerous lesions.
Methods 84 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were selected. The trial period was from January 2023 to January 2025. The patients were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method. The control group was treated with cervical cold knife conization (CKC), while the study group was treated with colposcopy combined with LEEP. The surgical indicators, inflammatory factors, and complications and other related data of the two groups were compared.
Results The surgical time, intraoperative bleeding and other indicators of the study group were all better (all P < 0.05); the improvement of inflammatory factor levels in the study group was more significant (all P < 0.05); the incidence of complications in the study group was lower (P < 0.05); the overall treatment effect of the study group was better and the recurrence rate was lower (all P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions, colposcopy combined with LEEP shows a good therapeutic effect. It has a positive effect in reducing surgical time and reducing intraoperative bleeding volume, and can also improve the level of inflammatory factors, reduce complications and the possibility of recurrence.
