摘要
血浆单采术作为临床采供血的重要技术手段,在应用过程中普遍使用枸橼酸盐作为抗凝剂,其引发的不良反应对受术者安全构成潜在风险。枸橼酸盐反应具有发生突然、早期症状不典型等特点,增加了术中监测与干预的难度。围绕血浆单采术中枸橼酸盐反应的发生机制与临床表现,对相关生理参数、操作因素及反应特征进行系统分析,筛选具有预测意义的关键指标,并在此基础上构建预警指标体系。通过对预警指标敏感性与可行性的综合评估,探索术中风险识别的量化路径,为枸橼酸盐反应的早期预警提供理论依据与实践参考,进而推动血浆单采术安全管理向精细化与前移化发展。

Abstract
As a critical technique in clinical blood collection and supply, plasmapheresis commonly employs citrate as an anticoagulant, which poses potential safety risks to recipients due to its adverse reactions. Citrate reactions are characterized by sudden onset and atypical early symptoms, increasing the difficulty of intraoperative monitoring and intervention. This study systematically analyzes the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of citrate reactions during plasmapheresis, evaluates relevant physiological parameters, procedural factors, and reaction features, identifies key predictive indicators, and establishes a warning indicator system. Through comprehensive assessment of the sensitivity and feasibility of these warning indicators, the study explores quantitative pathways for intraoperative risk identification, providing theoretical and practical references for early warning of citrate reactions. This advancement aims to promote the refinement and proactive management of safety in plasmapheresis.
