Analysis of the application of overall clinical thinking ability cultivation in rheumatology and immunology department teaching
整体临床思维能力培养在风湿免疫科教学中的运用分析

摘要
目的 分析整体临床思维能力培养在风湿免疫科教学中的运用效果。方法 将2024年1月-2025年1月期间在本院实习的50名医学生作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组,每组25名。其中前者行常规教学,后者采取整体临床思维能力培养教学。对两组考核成绩(理论、实践)、临床思维能力及教学满意度进行比较。结果 相比常规组(P<0.05),实验组考核成绩显优(P<0.05),临床思维能力评分显高(P<0.05),教学满意度显高(P<0.05)。结论 于风湿免疫科临床实习教学中采取整体临床思维能力教学方法能够提升实习医学生的理论知识及操作水平,强化其临床思辨能力,提高其满意度,该教学方法具有较高的临床教学推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of overall clinical thinking ability cultivation in rheumatology and immunology department teaching. Methods Fifty intern medical students in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method, with 25 in each group. The former received conventional teaching, while the latter received overall clinical thinking ability cultivation teaching. The assessment results (theory, practice), clinical thinking ability, and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group (P < 0.05), the assessment results of the experimental group were significantly better (P < 0.05), the clinical thinking ability score was significantly higher (P < 0.05), and the teaching satisfaction was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Adopting the overall clinical thinking ability teaching method in the clinical internship teaching of rheumatology and immunology department can improve the theoretical knowledge and operational level of intern medical students, strengthen their clinical critical thinking ability, and improve their satisfaction. This teaching method has a high clinical teaching promotion value.
