摘要
目的 探讨神经系统体格检查见习中导学互动教学(BOPPPS)的应用效果。方法 选取2021级体格检查见习学生(临床10、12班)为研究对象,共100人,均实施BOPPPS教学。对比实施BOPPPS教学前、后的前测及后测考核成绩、批判性思维,并调查教学满意度。结果 实施BOPPPS教学后,学生的后测考核成绩、批判性思维,均较实施BOPPPS教学前明显提高,且教学满意度达到了96.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在神经系统体格检查见习中实施BOPPPS教学,可有效提高学生对理论知识、操作技能的掌握程度、增强批判性思维、提高教学满意度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of guided learning interaction teaching (BOPPPS) in neurological physical examination internships. Methods A total of 100 students (Class 10 and 12 of Clinical Medicine) from the 2021 cohort participating in physical examination internships were selected as the study subjects and all underwent BOPPPS teaching. Pre- and post-test assessment scores, critical thinking, and teaching satisfaction were compared before and after implementing BOPPPS teaching. Results After implementing BOPPPS teaching, students’ post-test assessment scores and critical thinking significantly improved compared to before the implementation, with teaching satisfaction reaching 96.00%, and all differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing BOPPPS teaching in neurological physical examination internships can effectively enhance students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills, strengthen critical thinking, and improve teaching satisfaction.
