Exploration and practice of integrating case teaching into the course of "Medical Imaging" and integrating ideological and political elements into classroom teaching of "cerebral infarction"
案例教学融入《医学影像学》课程的探索实践将思政元素融入“脑梗死”课堂教学

摘要

课程思政是国家战略层面的重大部署。课程思政与思政课程相区别又相补充，课程思政的思政元素能有效融入到《医学影像学》教学内容中。据课程内容，将敬业精神、敬佑生命、大爱无疆、救死扶伤、恪守医德、刻苦钻研、恪尽职守等思政元素融入到课程的引入病例、分析病例、检查方法、各期脑梗死MRI表现、各期脑梗死与临床的关系5个环节，剖析课程思政教学思想，分析案例成效，进行教学反思。通过授课，不同思政元素能自然恰当的融入到课程的相应环节，增强理论教学的生动性。学生从而坚定了理想信念，增强了社会责任与公民意识，认识到珍爱生命与健全人格的重要性，提升了实践能力。课程思政推动课程内涵的提质升级。

Abstract

Curriculum ideological and political education is a major deployment at the national strategic level. Curriculum-based ideological and political education is distinct from and complementary to ideological and political courses. The ideological and political elements of course ideology can be effectively integrated into the teaching content of "Medical Imaging". According to the course content, ideological and political elements such as professionalism, cherishing life, boundless love, saving lives and helping the wounded, adhering to medical ethics, diligent research, and fulfilling duties will be integrated into the five stages of introducing cases, analyzing cases, examination methods, MRI manifestations of cerebral infarction in each stage, and the relationship between cerebral infarction and clinical practice in each stage of the course. The teaching ideology of ideological and political education in the course will be analyzed, and the effectiveness of the cases will be analyzed for teaching reflection. Through teaching, different ideological and political elements can be naturally and appropriately integrated into the corresponding sections of the curriculum, enhancing the vividness of theoretical teaching. Students have strengthened their ideals and beliefs, enhanced their social responsibility and civic awareness, recognized the importance of cherishing life and having a healthy personality, and improved their practical abilities. The promotion of ideological and political education in the curriculum promotes the improvement and upgrading of the content of the curriculum.
