Effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with cardiac rehabilitation on cardiopulmonary function recovery in elderly patients with coronary heart disease
雷火灸联合心脏康复治疗对老年冠心病患者心肺功能康复的影响

摘要

目的 研究雷火灸联合心脏康复治疗对老年冠心病患者心肺功能康复的影响。方法 选取2022年5月—2023年5月期间在本院收治的老年冠心病患者110例，随机分为对照组（常规治疗）和观察组（雷火灸联合心脏康复治疗）；比较两组治疗后的心肺功能康复效果。结果 观察组的心肺功能各项指标均更高（P <0.05）；观察组的心血管不良事件发生率更低（P <0.05）；观察组的生存质量评分更高，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 将雷火灸联合心脏康复应用于老年冠心病患者的治疗中，其治疗效果显著，改善了患者心肺功能指标，降低了心血管不良事件的发生，提高了患者的生存质量评分，值得进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with cardiac rehabilitation on the cardiopulmonary function recovery of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (routine treatment) and an observation group (thunder-fire moxibustion combined with cardiac rehabilitation); the cardiopulmonary function recovery results of the two groups after treatment were compared.
Results The cardiopulmonary function indicators in the observation group were all higher (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower (P < 0.05); the quality of life score in the observation group was higher, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with cardiac rehabilitation in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease shows significant therapeutic effects, improving patients' cardiopulmonary function indicators, reducing the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events, and enhancing patients' quality of life scores, which is worthy of further promotion.
