摘要
目的 分析一体化护理联合心理护理对重平慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选择2022年1月份至2023年1月份收治的300例重症慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者开展研究，随机平衡法：对照组和实验组，各150例，对照组：常规护理，实验组：一体化护理联合心理护理，对比心理状态、睡眠质量。结果 实验组心理状态更佳，p<0.05，实验组睡眠质量显优，p<0.05。结论 对重症慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者开展一体化护理联合心理护理，可以改善患者心理状态，提升其睡眠质量，满足患者护理需求，促进了患者机体的恢复，提升了患者的舒适度，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of integrated nursing combined with psychological nursing on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and respiratory failure. Methods A total of 300 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and respiratory failure who were admitted from January 2022 to March 2022 were selected for the study. The study was conducted using a random balance method: a control group and an experimental group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received integrated care combined with psychological care. The psychological states and sleep quality were compared. Results The psychological state of the experimental group was better, p<0.05. The sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly superior, p<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of integrated nursing combined with psychological care for patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and respiratory failure can improve their psychological state, enhance their sleep quality, meet their nursing needs, promote the recovery of their bodies, and increase their comfort level. It is worthy of promotion.
