摘要
围绕中医药文化保障人民健康的价值认知、方法建构、未来指向等方面，系统阐述中医药文化为什么能保障人民健康，怎样保障人民健康以及未来如何进一步发展。系统研究中医药文化保障人民健康的内在逻辑，对深刻领悟新时代中国特色社会主义思想具有重要的理论研究意义，对推进健康中国建设和坚定中医药文化自信具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract
Focusing on the cognitive value, methodological construction, and future orientation of TCM culture in safeguarding people's health, this paper systematically elaborates on three core issues: why TCM culture can safeguard people's health, how it safeguards people's health, and how it can further develop in the future. The systematic study of the internal logic of TCM culture in safeguarding people's health holds important theoretical significance for deeply comprehending Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and practical guiding significance for advancing the Healthy China Initiative and strengthening cultural confidence in traditional Chinese medicine.
