课程思政视域下老年护理专业“教学做评一体化”改革研究

摘要

随着人口老龄化加速,老年护理人才“德技并修”的培养需求日益迫切。本研究立足课程思政与“教学做评一体化”理念,针对老年护理教育中“重技能、轻素养”的问题,构建了“知识-技能-思政”三维融合的教学模型。研究选取264名护理学专业学生,分为实验组(147人)与对照组(117人),实验组采用“双线并行”课程设计、“同理心训练四步法”及多元评价体系,对照组沿用传统教学。结果显示,实验组技能考核得分(88.7±3.2)与人文关怀能力得分(92.5±2.8)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05;P<0.01),尤其在共情沟通、伦理判断等维度提升明显。研究证实,该改革模式能有效实现专业技能与人文素养的协同培养,为老年护理“德技并修”人才培育提供实践范式。

Abstract

With the acceleration of population aging, the demand for cultivating elderly nursing talents with both moral and technical skills is becoming increasingly urgent. This study is based on the concept of integrating curriculum ideology and "teaching evaluation", and aims to address the problem of "emphasizing skills over literacy" in elderly care education. A three-dimensional integrated teaching model of "knowledge skills ideology" has been constructed. 264 nursing students were selected for the study and divided into an experimental group (147 people) and a control group (117 people). The experimental group adopted a "dual line parallel" curriculum design, a "four step empathy training method", and a multi-dimensional evaluation system, while the control group continued to use traditional teaching methods. The results showed that the skill assessment score (88.7±3.2) and humanistic care ability score (92.5±2.8) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05; P<0.01), especially in dimensions such as empathetic communication and ethical judgment. Research has confirmed that this reform model can effectively achieve the coordinated cultivation of professional skills and humanistic literacy, providing a practical paradigm for the cultivation of "moral and technical" talents in elderly care.
