国家级非遗平乐“正”文化引领中医院建设实践

摘要

中华优秀传统文化是中华民族薪火相传、历久弥新的坚强基石，中医药文化作为中华文化的重要组成部分，为中华民族认识和改造世界提供了有益启迪和坚强保证。现代中医医院作为坚守弘扬中医药文化的重要主体，更应将中华文化的精髓融入医院文化，坚持以文化引领建设，用文化建强学科，在不断的传承创新中推动新形势下中医院的高质量、可持续发展。本文以国家级非物质文化遗产、中医药文化中的典型代表——“平乐正”文化为例，剖析现代中医医院文化的守正创新，展示文化建设的优秀经验，为进一步建强医院文化体系，推动医院高质量发展提供思路。

Abstract

The excellent traditional Chinese culture is a strong foundation for the Chinese nation’s regenaration. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture, as an important component of Chinese culture, provides inspiration and guarantees for the Chinese nation to understand and transform the world. Modern TCM hospitals, as important entities that promote the TCM culture, should integrate the essence of Chinese culture into its culture, adhere to cultural leadership in construction, disciplines, and high-quality development of TCM hospitals in the new situation through continuous inheritance and innovation. This article take Pingle Zheng Culture, a typical representative of national intangible cultural heritage and TCM culture, as an example to analyze the innovation of modern TCM hospital culture, showcase the excellent experience of cultural construction, and provide ideas for building a strong hospital culture system and hospitals’ high-quality development.
