临床无肌松监测下米库氯铵给药时机与恢复指征的探索性研究

摘要

在现代麻醉管理中，肌松药的合理应用与恢复评估始终是临床关注的重点。米库氯铵作为一种起效快、代谢快、作用时间短的新型肌松药，因其可控性强而被广泛应用于临床。然而，关于其最佳给药时机及恢复指征的选择，仍缺乏统一的标准，临床实践中存在一定差异。近年来，无肌松监测技术的发展为客观评估神经肌肉阻滞程度提供了有力工具，使个体化给药与科学判断恢复成为可能。基于此，本文尝试在临床无肌松监测的指导下，对米库氯铵的给药时机与恢复指征进行探索性研究，以期为安全麻醉与精准用药提供参考。

Abstract

In modern anesthetic management, the rational application of muscle relaxants and the assessment of their recovery have always been key focuses in clinical practice. Mivacurium, as a new type of muscle relaxant with rapid onset, fast metabolism, and a short duration of action, is widely used in clinical settings due to its high controllability. However, there remains a lack of unified standards regarding the optimal timing of its administration and the selection of recovery indicators, leading to certain variations in clinical practice. In recent years, the development of muscle relaxation monitoring-free technology has provided a powerful tool for the objective assessment of the degree of neuromuscular block, enabling individualized drug administration and scientific judgment of recovery. Based on this, this study attempts to conduct an exploratory research on the administration timing and recovery indicators of mivacurium under the guidance of clinical muscle relaxation monitoring-free practice, aiming to provide references for safe anesthesia and precise drug use.
