摘要
新型药物传递系统在提高难溶性药物生物利用度方面具有重要意义。由于许多药物因水溶性差而导致其生物利用度低,传统给药方式常常无法达到预期疗效。近年来,随着药物传递技术的进步,新的传递系统如纳米颗粒、脂质体和固体分散体等,已被广泛应用于难溶性药物的研究中。这些新型系统通过改善药物溶解性、控制释放速率以及提高药物在体内的稳定性,显著增强了药物的生物利用度。本文综述了当前新型药物传递系统的研究进展,探讨了其提高难溶性药物生物利用度的机制,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract
Novel drug delivery systems are of great significance in improving the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs. Many drugs have low bioavailability due to poor water solubility, and traditional administration methods often fail to achieve the expected therapeutic effects. In recent years, with the advancement of drug delivery technology, new delivery systems such as nanoparticles, liposomes, and solid dispersions have been widely applied in the research of poorly soluble drugs. These novel systems significantly enhance drug bioavailability by improving drug solubility, controlling release rates, and increasing the stability of drugs in the body. This paper reviews the current research progress of novel drug delivery systems, discusses their mechanisms for enhancing the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs, and provides an outlook on future development directions.
