摘要
医院文化建设是培育国家区域医疗中心同质化发展的精神核心。为加强医院文化建设，充分发挥输出医院对分院区医务人员宣传教育职能，文章在分析新时代下医院文化建设现状、基本原则、建设目标的基础上，系统阐述了医院文化建设与职工宣传教育职能协同发展的路径探讨，通过党建引领、医教协同、品牌影响力、文化聚力等方面为新形势下推动国家区域医疗中心高质量发展提供经验借鉴和案例参考。

Abstract
The construction of hospital culture serves as the spiritual core in cultivating homogeneous development for national regional medical centers. To strengthen hospital cultural development and fully leverage the educational functions of flagship hospitals in cultivating medical staff at branch campuses, this article systematically explores synergistic pathways between hospital cultural construction and staff education by analyzing current status, fundamental principles, and objectives of hospital cultural development in the new era. Through multidimensional approaches including Party construction leadership, medical-educational collaboration, brand influence enhancement, and cultural cohesion, it provides practical experiences and case references for promoting high-quality development of national regional medical centers under current circumstances. The research emphasizes the integration of institutional cultural heritage with modern innovation mechanisms, offering implementable strategies for establishing value identity across medical consortiums and achieving coordinated regional development.
