摘要
本研究探讨了人口老龄化对商业健康保险需求的影响，基于2011-2017年共7年，基于中国31个省市自治区的数据，本文采用双向固定效应模型进行分析。研究结果显示，人口老龄化显著推动了商业健康保险的消费支出。人口老龄化每增长1个单位，商业健康保险消费支出增长0.0706%。进一步的异质性分析显示，人口老龄化对商业健康保险的影响因地区而异：这一影响在东部地区并不显著，在中部和西部地区，这一影响尤为明显，呈现出显著的正向关系。研究成果为政策制定提供了重要依据，有助于推动商业健康保险的发展。

Abstract
This study examines the impact of population aging on commercial health insurance demand, using data from 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China over a period of seven years from 2011 to 2017. The analysis is conducted using a two-way fixed effects model. The findings indicate that population aging significantly boosts the consumption expenditure on commercial health insurance. For every one-unit increase in population aging, the consumption expenditure on commercial health insurance increases by 0.0706%. Further heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of population aging on commercial health insurance varies across regions: it is not significant in the eastern region but is particularly pronounced in the central and western regions, showing a clear positive relationship. The research provides crucial insights for policy-making, aiding in the development of commercial health insurance.
