补骨脂乙素药理作用及分子机制的研究进展

摘要

补骨脂是豆科补骨脂属,一年生草本植物,常用于治疗肾阳不足、肾虚作喘及腰膝冷痛等病症。补骨脂乙素是一种从中药补骨脂果实中分离出的查尔酮类化合物。研究报道,补骨脂乙素具有良好的抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑菌及抗哮喘等多种药理作用。本文对补骨脂乙素的药理作用及分子机制进行综述,旨在为补骨脂乙素的深入研究与新药开发提供理论支持。

Abstract

Psoralen is an annual herb of the leguminous genus Psoralen. It is often used to treat diseases such as deficiency of kidney Yang, asthenia of kidney and cold pain of waist and knee. Isobavachalcone is a chalcone compound isolated from the fruit of the traditional Chinese medicine psoralen. Studies have reported that isobavachalcone has good pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacteria and anti-asthma. This article reviews the pharmacological action and molecular mechanism of isobavachalcone, aiming to provide theoretical support for the in-depth research and new drug development of isobavachalcone.
