Application of whole stage detail nursing to prevent and control surgical site infection
手术全期细节护理对预防与控制手术部位感染的应用探讨

摘要

目的 探讨手术全期细节护理对预防与控制手术部位感染的效果。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年1月收治于我院普外科的100例住院患者为对象，采用平均分法将其分为常规组与研究组，每组50例，分别施以手术期常规临床护理及手术全期细节护理，然后对不同管理模式下的两组患者护理总有效率、手术部位感染发生率及护理满意度等情况进行对比。结果 经不同模式护理后，在护理总有效率、护理满意度上，研究组、常规组分别为98.00%、94.00%和82.00%、78.00%，研究组显著高于常规组；在手术部位感染发生率上，研究组为4.00%，常规组为18.00%，研究组显著低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；结论 在普外科手术患者治疗中实施手术全期细节护理可有效改善临床指标变化情况，降低手术部位感染发生率，提升护理总有效率及护理满意度，值得在临床上广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of the full-term detail nursing on the prevention and control of surgical site infection.
Methods 100 hospitalized patients in general surgery department of our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were divided into two groups, the routine group and the study group by average score method, with 50 cases in each group, which received routine clinical nursing and detailed nursing during the operation, respectively. Then, the total effective rate of nursing, incidence of surgical site infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups under different management modes.
Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of nursing were 98.00%, 94.00%, 82.00% and 78.00 respectively in the study group and the routine group, which were significantly higher than the routine group. The incidence of surgical site infection was 4.00% in the study group and 18.00% in the control group, which was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05);
Conclusion   Full-term detail nursing can effectively improve the changes of clinical index, reduce the incidence of surgical site infection, and improve the total nursing efficiency and satisfaction, which deserves to be widely used in clinic.
