摘要
目的 本研究旨在探究对养老护理员培训中实施医养结合模式下的情景模拟教学培训方式的效果。方法 选择2022年2月-2023年2月招纳的养老护理员72例,对养老护理员实施护理培训,运用随机数字表法分为对照组(36例,实施常规教学方式)与实验组(36例,实施医养结合模式下情景模拟教学方式)。对比两组养老护理员实践操作能力和理论考核成绩。结果 实验组实践操作能力和理论考核成绩均显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学培训方式是一种有效的方法,可以提高养老护理员的培训效果和综合素质,推动医养结合模式的发展。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the effectiveness of scenario simulation teaching and training methods under the integrated medical and nursing mode in the training of elderly nursing staff. Methods 72 elderly care workers recruited from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and provided with nursing training. They were divided into a control group (36 cases, using conventional teaching methods) and an experimental group (36 cases, using scenario simulation teaching methods under the integrated medical and nursing mode) by using a random number table method. Compare the practical operation ability and theoretical assessment results of two groups of elderly nursing staff. Results The practical operation ability and theoretical assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching and training is an effective method to improve the training effect and comprehensive quality of elderly care workers, and promote the development of medical and elderly care integration model.
