Observation on the effect of balanced cupping combined with acupoint application on insomnia
平衡火罐配合穴位贴敷治疗失眠的疗效观察

摘要

目的 研究使用平衡火罐以及穴位贴敷方式对治疗失眠症状的带来的效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年11月期间收治的60例失眠患者为观察对象，随机将这60例失眠患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者使用艾司唑仑片药物治疗，观察组患者应用平衡火罐配合穴位贴敷方式治疗，通过对两组患者基本状况分析来了解不同治疗方式起到的治疗效果。结果 应用平衡火罐配合穴位贴敷方式的观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组，患者护理满意率也高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在失眠患者治疗中应用平衡火罐配合穴位贴敷方式能够实现失眠症状的有效缓解，且治疗效率快，因此值得在临床实践中推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of balanced cupping and acupoint application on insomnia symptoms.
Methods A total of 60 insomnia patients admitted from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as observation objects. These 60 insomnia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with Estazolam tablets, while the observation group was treated with balanced cupping combined with acupoint application. Through the analysis of the basic condition of the two groups of patients to understand the therapeutic effects of different treatment methods.
Results The effective rate and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of balanced cupping combined with acupoint application in the treatment of insomnia patients can achieve effective relief of insomnia symptoms, and the treatment efficiency is fast, so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
