Application of focus solution therapy group psychological counseling in inpatientswith nasopharyngeal carcinoma
焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导在鼻咽癌住院患者中的应用

摘要

目的 观察焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导在鼻咽癌患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年10月在梧州市某三甲医院肿瘤科二区住院的200例鼻咽癌患者进行研究，采用随机数字表达法分为研究组和对照组，各100例。对照组采用传统常规护理方案进行护理，研究组则采用焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导方案进行护理。观察患者情绪反应评分、应对方式评分、心理痛苦温度计及痛苦因素调查表评分、护理满意度评分得分情况。结果 对照组情绪反应评分高于研究组，面对得分低于研究组，屈服得分、回避得分均高于研究组，心理痛苦温度计评分高于研究组，护理满意度评分低于研究组，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导在鼻咽癌中的作用明显，效果显著。

Abstract

Objective to observe the effect of group psychotherapy with focus resolution therapy on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Methods From October 2020 to October 2021, 200 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients hospitalized in the second District of Oncology Department of a Classⅲ Grade A hospital in Wuzhou City were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by random number expression method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was nursed with traditional routine nursing program, while the study group was nursed with focus solution therapy group psychological counseling program. The emotional response score, coping style score, psychological pain thermometer and pain factor questionnaire score, nursing satisfaction score were observed.
Results The score of emotional response in the control group was higher than that in the study group, the score of face was lower than that in the study group, the score of surrender and avoidance were higher than that in the study group, the score of psychological distress thermometer was higher than that in the study group, and the score of nursing satisfaction was lower than that in the study group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Group psychotherapy with focus resolution therapy plays an important role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
