视频反馈教学法应用在新生儿复苏案例模拟教学中的效果

摘要

目的 探究视频反馈教学法应用在新生儿复苏案例模拟教学中的效果。方法 选择时间为2021年11月至2022年11月,新生儿科实习医生80例,依据不同带教方式划分成观察组(视频反馈教学法的方式);对照组(常书面和口头反馈带教方法),各40例。比较分析两组间的临床实践能力、对带教方式的满意度等。结果 同对照组的各项临床实践能力指标比较,发现观察组的新生儿科实习医生的解决问题、情境评估、资源利用、领导和沟通能力更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中实习医生对带教方式的满意度38人(95.00%)高于对照组的30人(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对新生儿科实习医生,通过采用视频反馈教学法模式,将有效提升实习医生对带教方式的满意度,提升他们的临床实践能力,适合应用于临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of video feedback teaching method in neonatal resuscitation case simulation teaching.
Methods From November 2021 to November 2022, 80 neonatology interns were divided into observation group according to different teaching methods (video feedback teaching method). Control group (often written and oral feedback teaching method), 40 cases each. The ability of clinical practice and satisfaction with teaching methods between the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, it was found that the neonatology interns in the observation group had higher problem-solving, situation assessment, resource utilization, leadership and communication abilities, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). 38 interns in the observation group (95.00%) were more satisfied with teaching methods than 30 in the control group (75.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For interns in neonatology department, the video feedback teaching mode can effectively improve their satisfaction with teaching methods and improve their clinical practice ability, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
