社区2型糖尿病患者对家庭药师工作需求的现况调查

摘要

目的 研究社区2型糖尿病患者对家庭药师工作需求的现况。方法 随机选择2021年1月-2021年12月期间在打浦桥街道社区卫生服务中心接受疾病管理的2型糖尿病患者为调查对象。查阅相关文献，并结合实际情况设计调查问卷，发放回收问卷后进行结果统计和分析。结果 患者患病首选社区卫生服务中心的比例只占20.21%，将近一半的患者对临床药师不了解，84.75%希望临床药师在社区可提供上门医疗服务、68.79%健康宣教、53.90%电话访谈、39.36%发布健康保健资讯等，最好为一周两次左右。结论 家庭药师积极主动参与社区糖尿病管理，加强与患者沟通，强化宣传药师对糖尿病患者可提供的服务和重要作用。

Abstract

Objective To study the work needs of family pharmacists in type 2 diabetes patients in the community.
Methods Type 2 diabetes patients who received disease management at Dapqiao Street Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected as respondents. Consult the relevant literature, design the questionnaire according to the actual situation, and distribute the recovery questionnaire after the result statistics and analysis.
Results Only 20.21% of the preferred community health service centers were sick. 21%, nearly half of the patients did not know about clinical pharmacists, 84.75% wanted clinical pharmacists to provide door-to-door medical services in the community, 68.79% health education, 53.90% telephone interviews, and 39.36% released health care information, preferably about twice a week.
Conclusion   Family pharmacists actively participate in community diabetes management, strengthen communication with patients, and strengthen the service and important role of pharmacists in diabetes patients.
