Effect of exercise rehabilitation training on cardiac function in elderly patients with heart failure
运动康复训练对老年心力衰竭患者心功能的影响探讨

摘要

目的 对临床应用运动康复训练对老年心力衰竭患者心功能的影响进行探头。方法 选取我院2021年7月-2022年8月间来我院治疗的80例患者为研究对象，以数字随机法均分为对照组（n=40）及观察组（n=40）。利用常规康复训练对对照组患者进行干预，利用运动康复训练对观察组患者进行干预，对两组患者干预治疗后心功能指标评分进行对比。结果 经康复训练干预后，与对照组相比较，观察组患者的左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径均明显更高，P<0.05，差异显著。在精神状态、躯体健康、社会功能等几个方面观察组评分也明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异显著。在康复后第一、三、五周观察组对康复训练掌握程度评分方面也明显更高，P<0.05，差异显著。结论 运动康复训练对老年心衰患者有明显效果，可使患者心功能、生活质量、临床症状得到明显改善，具有极大临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of clinical exercise rehabilitation training on cardiac function in elderly patients with heart failure.
Methods 80 patients who came to our hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40). The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training, and the patients in the observation group were treated with exercise rehabilitation training.
Results After rehabilitation training, compared with the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the observation group were significantly higher (P<0.05). The score of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group in mental state, physical health, social function and other aspects (P<0.05). In the first, third and fifth weeks after rehabilitation, the observation group also scored significantly higher on the degree of mastery of rehabilitation training (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Exercise rehabilitation training has obvious effect on elderly patients with heart failure, which can significantly improve their cardiac function, quality of life and clinical symptoms, and has great clinical promotion value.
