摘要
消化性溃疡（PU）是由于各种因素使胃液内的胃酸、胃蛋白酶造成消化道黏膜损伤，幽门螺杆菌是导致其发生的主要因素之一，该病会导致患者出现上消化道出血、穿孔等症状，且有一定的机率引发癌变，此外，未得到及时有效的治疗可导致患者发生幽门梗阻等，对患者生活质量造成严重影响。目前，临床治疗PU的方法有各种药物治疗、手术治疗等，且在治疗过程中往往会因PU患者生理不适、病情危重等因素导致患者产生紧张、焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等不良心理情绪，从而影响治疗效果，此外患者自身不良饮食习惯或行为等都会对病情造成影响，因此在治疗期间对PU患者实施优质的护理措施对提高患者治疗效果十分重要。因此，本文对PU相关的常规护理及护理新模式护理进行了综合性论述，以期为临床在对PU制定护理方案时提供依据。

Abstract
Peptic ulcer (PU) is due to various factors that make gastric acid and pepsin in the gastric fluid cause damage to the digestive tract mucosa, Helicobacter pylori is one of the main factors leading to its occurrence, this disease will lead to patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation and other symptoms, and a certain probability of carcinogenesis, in addition, Lack of timely and effective treatment can lead to pyloric obstruction in patients, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present, there are various clinical methods for the treatment of PU, such as drug therapy and surgical therapy. In the treatment process, patients often suffer from physiological discomfort and critical condition, which will lead to tension, anxiety, fear, depression and other adverse psychological emotions, thus affecting the therapeutic effect. In addition, patients' own bad eating habits or behaviors will affect the condition. Therefore, the implementation of high-quality nursing measures during the treatment of PU patients is very important to improve the therapeutic effect of patients. Therefore, this paper comprehensively discusses the routine nursing and the new nursing model related to PU, in order to provide a basis for the clinical development of PU nursing plan.
