摘要
目的 观察微格教学法在老年科临床护理带教中的作用及教学质量的影响价值。方法 纳入2021年1月到2021年12月参与老年科临床护理带教的实习护生60名,其中30名接受常规教学,设为普通带教组。另30名接受微格教学法,设为微格教学法组。比较老年科护理理论知识、老年科护理技能操作、护理个案书写、护理查房考核评分、岗位胜任力评分、老年科护理业务能力水平评分、临床护理带教满意度评分。结果 微格教学法组的老年科护理理论知识、老年科护理技能操作、护理个案书写、护理查房考核评分,岗位胜任力评分、老年科护理业务能力水平评分、临床护理带教满意度评分均高于普通带教组(p<0.05)。结论 将基于微格教学法的临床护理带教模式用于老年科,在提升临床护理带教质量水平中的作用显著,更有利于提高实习护生岗位胜任力和护理业务能力,让实习护生对教学模式更满意。

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of microteaching method in geriatric clinical nursing teaching and the value of teaching quality. Methods From January 2021 to December 2021, 60practicing nursing students participating in clinical nursing teaching in geriatric department were included, 130of whom received routine teaching and were set as general teaching group. The other 30received the microteaching method and were assigned as the microteaching group. Compare the theoretical knowledge of geriatric nursing, the operation of geriatric nursing skills, the writing of nursing cases, the score of nursing round assessment, the score of post competency, the score of geriatric nursing professional ability, the score of clinical nursing teaching satisfaction. Results: The theoretical knowledge of geriatric nursing, the operation of geriatric nursing skills, the writing of nursing cases, the score of nursing round assessment, the score of post competency, the score of geriatric nursing professional ability and the score of satisfaction of clinical nursing teaching in the microteaching group were all higher than those in the general teaching group (p < 0.05). Conclusion : Applying the clinical nursing teaching model based on microteaching method to the geriatrics department plays a significant role in improving the quality level of clinical nursing teaching, which is more conducive to improving the post competency and nursing professional ability of practicing nursing students and making them more satisfied with the teaching model.
