摘要
目的 探究分析探讨不同手术入路对踝关节骨折手术患者的治疗效果。方法 选取于2021年1月至2022年11月,至我院接受踝关节骨折手术的患者共102例,作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础,采用随机数字分组的方式,将102例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用传统入路的模式进行干预;观察组采用后外侧入路的模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的手术相关指标;疼痛程度;治疗效果;以及骨折愈合时间。结果 经治疗干预后,观察组在手术相关指标;疼痛程度;治疗效果;以及骨折愈合时间方面明显优于对照组,其中(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对接受踝关节骨折手术的患者进行干预的过程中,采用后外侧入路的模式进行干预,能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,同时能够显著改善患者的手术相关指标;疼痛程度;以及骨折愈合时间,在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果,值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of different surgical approaches on ankle fracture patients. Methods A total of 102 patients who received ankle fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. 102 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number of admission sequences. The control group was intervened with traditional approach; The observation group was intervened with posterolateral approach. The operation related indexes of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed; Degree of pain; Therapeutic effect; And fracture healing time. Results After the treatment intervention, the operation related indexes in the observation group; Degree of pain; Therapeutic effect; And the fracture healing time was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of intervention for patients undergoing ankle fracture surgery, the posterolateral approach can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients, and can significantly improve the surgical related indicators of patients; Degree of pain; As well as the fracture healing time, it has excellent effect in the process of practical application, and is worth further promotion and application.
