血小板微粒与肿瘤的相关性研究进展

摘要

血液循环系统中存在着大量的微粒,这些微粒的存在对机体的生命活动产生极其重要的作用,其中比较重要的就是血小板微粒(PMPs)。血小板微粒是存在于血液中的一种具有生物活性的微粒,它在血栓栓子形成、肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、血管的生成以及癌症的分级中都起到重要作用。为了探究血小板微粒与肿瘤发生过程的相关性,本文对PMPs在肿瘤中的相关作用做以下简要概述。

Abstract

There are a large number of particles in the blood circulatory system. The existence of these particles plays an extremely important role in the life activities of the body. Among them, platelet particles (PMPs) are more important. Platelet micro-particles are a bio-active micro-particle present in the blood, which plays an important role in thromboembolus formation, tumor cell proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, and the grading of cancer. In order to explore the correlation between platelet microparticles and tumorigenesis, this paper briefly summarizes the related roles of PMPs in tumors.
