Application of early rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction
早期康复护理应用老年脑梗死患者护理中对其运动功能及生活能力的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析在对老年脑梗死患者进行护理的过程中将早期康复护理进行运用对于改善患者运动功能以及提升患者生活能力的作用。方法 遵照对比护理观察的方式开展探究，纳入患者84例，为本院在2021年2月至2022年5月所接诊，盲选均分为对照组（42例，常规护理）和观察组（42例，早期康复护理）。分析护理干预效果。结果 对比两组干预前后运动功能以及生活能力，干预前两组无差异，P>0.05，干预后观察组优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组患者在恢复过程中的生活质量，观察组生活质量各方面评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对老年脑梗死患者进行护理的过程中将早期康复护理进行运用，可以对患者的运动功能进行提升并对患者生活能力进行提升，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the role of early rehabilitation nursing in improving the motor function and living ability of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods: According to the way of comparative nursing observation, 84 patients were included in the study. They were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2021 to May 2022. They were randomly divided into the control group (42 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group (42 cases, early rehabilitation nursing). To analyze the effect of nursing intervention.
Results: There was no difference in motor function and living ability between the two groups before and after intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the two groups in the recovery process was compared. The scores of the quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in all aspects, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : Early rehabilitation nursing can improve the motor function and living ability of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction, which is helpful for the recovery of the elderly patients.
