Study on rehabilitation nursing of athletes after reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint
关于运动员膝关节前叉韧带重建术后的康复护理研究

摘要

目的 本次研究探讨分析在进行手术时膝关节前叉韧带重建术治疗时选择优质手术护理配合的效果，分析临床可应用价值。方法 将2018年3月-2022年6月中，我院中收入的接受膝关节前叉韧带重建术治疗的患者46名作为本次研究实验对象，研究人员在对患者进行资料登记以后，将患者数据均录入数据库中后，将患者进行随机两组均分，组内各设置23名患者进行研究，研究人员在该时段内对患者的手术状况进行评估并设置对应的手术护理方式。对照组患者采用常规手术护理实验组内患者则选择康复护理方案，在护理完成后研究人员针对两组运动员患者的个体状况进行评价，分析患者的运动能力恢复状况和自我管理状况。结果 在研究结果中发现，相较于治疗前患者的膝关节运动评分得到有效控制，患者的遵医行为评分和健康知识知晓评分明显相较于治疗前更高，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在针对膝关节前叉韧带重建术运动员的临床治疗时，护理人员给予患者有效的手术配合护理，能够在一定程度上提高患者的治疗效果降低患者的膝关节运动评分，对于提高患者的遵医行为评分和健康知识知晓评分来说有十分积极的作用，值得进行推广。

Abstract

Objective: This study is to explore and analyze the effect of high-quality surgical nursing cooperation in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee joint, and analyze the clinical application value.
Methods: From June 2021 to March 2022, 46 patients who received anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee joint in our hospital were taken as the subjects of this study. After registering the data of patients, the researchers entered the patient data into the database, and then divided the patients into two groups at random, with 23 patients in each group for research, During this period, the researchers evaluated the patients' surgical conditions and set corresponding surgical nursing methods. The patients in the control group adopted conventional surgical nursing, and the patients in the experimental group chose rehabilitation nursing program. After the completion of nursing, the researchers evaluated the individual conditions of the two groups of athletes, and analyzed the recovery of their sports ability and self-management.
Results: It was found in the research results that the knee joint movement score of patients was effectively controlled compared with that before treatment, and the compliance behavior score and health knowledge awareness score of patients were significantly higher than that before treatment, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the clinical treatment of athletes undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee joint, nursing staff can provide effective surgical cooperation and nursing to patients, which can improve the treatment effect of patients to a certain extent and reduce the knee joint movement score of patients. It has a very positive role in improving the compliance behavior score and health knowledge awareness score of patients, and is worth promoting.
