中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的体会

摘要

多囊卵巢综合征是一种常见的妇女内分泌疾病之一，常见于青春期和育龄期的女性。临床上表现为持续无排卵或者稀发排卵、LH/FSH比值增大、高雄激素血症和（或）伴有胰岛素抵抗、卵巢多囊样改变，常伴有肥胖、多毛、痤疮等，还易并发糖尿病、代谢综合征、子宫内膜癌和心血管疾病。中医学无多囊卵巢综合征病名，根据其临床表现，多属“月经过少”、“月经后期”、“闭经”、“崩漏”“不孕病”等范畴。本人在临床诊疗患者时以中药周期疗法为主，西药调节内分泌为辅，并将患者分为青春期和育龄期，青春期患者以调理月经，恢复周期为目的；育龄期患者在调整月经周期同时，恢复排卵，帮助受孕，均取得较好的疗效。

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has no name in traditional Chinese medicine. According to its clinical manifestation, it belongs to the category of“Less menorrhagia”, “Late menorrhagia”, “Amenorrhea”, “Metrorrhagia” and“Infertility”. In my clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy, Western medicine to regulate endocrine as auxiliary, and patients are divided into puberty and child-bearing age, puberty patients to regulate menstruation, recovery cycle for the purpose; Reproductive age patients in the adjustment of the menstrual cycle at the same time, to restore ovulation, help with pregnancy, have achieved good results.
